This policy covers teamcare.coach and the ways we stay in touch with you. Team Care (a DBA of Cornerstone Coaching Solutions LLC) provides workplace chaplaincy and care coaching for businesses: on-site presence, check-ins with owners and managers, care conversations, and coaching. We keep this short and plain so you know exactly what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, email address, and phone number when you fill out a form, book a time, call, text, or email us.
- Messages you send us. The content of emails, texts, and form submissions you send.
- Basic site analytics. General information about how people use the site, such as pages visited, browser and device type, and approximate location based on IP address. This helps us see what's working on the site. We don't use it to identify you personally.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and follow up on requests you make.
- To schedule and coordinate visits, calls, and check-ins.
- To provide the services your business has engaged us for.
- To send you texts or emails you've agreed to receive.
- To keep the website running and improve it.
We don't sell your information
Team Care does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (for example, our scheduling, email, and texting platforms), and only so they can do that work for us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Care conversations are confidential
What people tell us in pastoral and coaching conversations stays with us. We don't disclose what someone shares in a care conversation to their employer, their coworkers, or anyone else, except where the law requires it or someone's safety is at risk. When we give a business feedback, we talk about general patterns, not about what any one person said.
Text Messaging (SMS)
We collect your mobile number only when you give it to us and agree to receive text messages from Team Care. We use it only to send the messages you agreed to, such as scheduling and visit coordination, replies to your questions, and care check-ins you've asked for.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
You can reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. See our Terms for the full SMS terms.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it to serve you or your business, keep in touch with you, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
How we protect it
We use reputable, secure platforms and limit access to your information to the people who need it to do their work. No system is perfect, so we can't promise absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
Your choices
- Texts: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email us and ask.
- Your information: email us to ask what we have about you, correct it, or delete it.
- Cookies: you can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
Children
This site and our services are meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date at the top.
