These terms cover your use of teamcare.coach and our text messages. Team Care (a DBA of Cornerstone Coaching Solutions LLC) provides workplace chaplaincy and care coaching for businesses. By using this site or signing up for our texts, you agree to these terms.

Using this site

You're welcome to read, share, and link to this site. Please don't copy our content for commercial use, try to break or overload the site, or use it for anything unlawful. The content and branding on this site belong to Team Care and Cornerstone Coaching Solutions LLC.

Not therapy, medical care, or crisis services

Team Care is chaplaincy and coaching. It is not therapy, counseling, medical care, mental-health treatment, or a crisis service, and nothing on this site or in our messages is professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. When someone needs professional care, we'll help point them toward it.

In an emergency, call 911. If you or someone you know is thinking about suicide or is in crisis, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, any time, day or night.

SMS Terms

  1. Program name: Team Care Text Messages.
  2. What you'll get: scheduling and visit coordination, replies to your questions, and care check-ins you've asked for. Message frequency varies.
  3. Message and data rates may apply.
  4. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we'll send one message confirming you've been unsubscribed and you won't receive further messages unless you opt in again.
  5. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected] or (417) 884-1995.
  6. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  7. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
  8. You must be 18 or older to sign up for our text messages.

Limitation of liability

We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but it's provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Team Care and Cornerstone Coaching Solutions LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that come from using this site or our text messages. Services provided to a business are governed by that business's written agreement with us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Missouri.
